Shipping Inqueries

Shipping is done on a daily basis, generally orders are shipped within 1-2 business days except for extenuating circumstances (we do not ship on weekends). When you receive a tracking number it may not be updated for 24 hours or until USPS makes the first scan. We have no control over this and apologize for the shottyness of USPS. Feel free to contact us about ant inquiries relating to this.

Along the same lines, sometimes USPS does not even scan the package until it is delivered, we also have no control of this. We would easily be able to tell you if the order shipped or not, we will not and would never lie to our customers about this. Generally it should take 2-4 days to be delivered, if it takes longer then that after you receive a notice of shipping contact us immediately.

Lastly, we do not always send samples, if you get them with your order... well then we must like you or something.

We are known for our customer service and would never do anything to jeopardize that. Feel free to take advantage of that customer service at any time!

I just put in my order today for my favorite flavor and changing it up a little bit and trying snookidoe! You know I love my glacial runoff! Lol! Are you going to putting batteries, mods ext. on your online store?

We have been thinking about it for a while, that's why we sent that one newsletter. But we cant decide what to stock, everyone is so split on the devices I think we will eventually assuming we can get good pricing.
